Have you ever heard of people making money from home? – It sounds nice, right?
You can make your own schedule each day and even take a few hours to exercise in the middle of the day. But it’s still a full-time job by all means and should be treated like one. Job or passion or lifestyle? – you decide?
There’s just something appealing about running your own business from the comforts of your home, on your own time working when you want.
Now, you must be wondering how you can change your normal work routine to sow the seeds of your financial independence.
The digital economy is providing many opportunities outside of the normal job climate for budding business entrepreneurs to work from home and gain more freedom.
The Amazon ecommerce platform provides a great home business opportunity. Through it, you can sell and promote physical products, taking advantage of the system.
In this article, I’ll outline how you can run your business through the Fulfillment by Amazon Business. Study the Ecommence business on amazon infographic below and then scroll to the bottom and read the full article providing you with valuable content on the topic of ecommence business on amazon.
What is Fulfillment?
Fulfillment by Amazon is a business model that allows you to take advantage of Amazon’s supply network and customer base.
You won’t have to complete orders one at a time since Amazon will hold your products and even pack, and ship them to your customers.
It makes it easier for you to build your home business since you won’t have your hands tied up with logistics.
You also have the option to have your own labeling instead of Amazon’s, so you can increase brand awareness and online presence.
Amazon makes it simple to be an entrepreneur. You can act like a real business but without the hands-on and grueling work.
Basically, once you pick a product to sell, if it is available at an Amazon warehouses on the same continent they will take care of the rest.
How to Get Started with an Ecommence business on Amazon
To get your ecommerce on Amazon business started, you need to create an Amazon seller account to get your Fulfillment by Amazon.
When you create your seller account you can either sign up as an “individual” or a “professional”. An “individual” account is free and you can still grow a business using it.
However, if you’re serious about starting and building up an ecommerce account, go for a “professional” account. The first month is free, while after this period it costs $39.99 per month.
Other than choosing between an “individual” or “professional” account, the registration process is straightforward. Just follow the instructions on the screen.
How to Grow Your Ecommence business on Amazon Business
Private labeling is the most popular and one of the best ways to take advantage of Amazon’s network of products, supplies, and customers. The idea is to find a label and apply it to your product first, then promote it on Amazon.
The first and the most important step for you is to do a product research on Amazon. You want to sell a product in a popular category, analyze the competition, and examine product reviews. After doing your research, you must pick a product that you can sell as an improved model, at a more reasonable price, or even both. That would be ideal.
For short-term business, you have the option to buy brand new products and resell them on Amazon. However, if you’re really trying to make a profit it won’t work.
The other critical piece is your supplier. If you’re always out of stock or low, you can’t make money!
I wish you every success in running your home business from anywhere in the world and profiting from your Amazon home business.

The Power of Blogging And A Lot More Here… A Blogging Overview… Why Should You Blog?.. The Benefits of Blogging… Mark Ford’s Blogging System… Sit Back and Enjoy The Ride!
The Power of Blogging
Hello and welcome to this power of blogging article.
My name is Mark Ford and I’ve been a home business owner for over 22 years now.
I’m a great believer in the power of blogging. Why…?
My home business blog has generated a lot of business for me, so to give back this blog post is designed to teach you everything you need to know about blogging.
The Power of Blogging – An Introduction
If you make time in your day to read through the whole article, and not just skim read, and then take action on what you learn you should come away from this with many takeaways and improved knowledge that you can implement into your home business.
What I share with you today will provide you with an overview of blogging and also answer many of the questions that I often get asked.
Then I’m going to look at why you should blog and what the benefits are, before finally revealing my system for blogging.
I’m also going to cover common hurdles that bloggers face and how to implement a successful blogging strategy quickly.
The Power of Blogging – Why should you blog?
As I have said blogging is very powerful and there are many reasons why you absolutely must have a blog.
Why Blog? – Here are some of the main reasons why you should blog:
1. With a blog, you lead with value before sales. This is immediately more attractive to people. Unlike paid advertising, where you’re paying for cold clicks and immediately trying to make money, blogging helps people first and sells second.
2. It’s free.
Again, unlike the majority of marketing and advertising strategies out there, a blog doesn’t have to cost a penny. It does, however, cost a lot of time in creating the articles and creativity is needed.
3. A blog helps create authority.
A blog is your space to make an impression on the world. It’s a place to promote your opinions on the most important issues in your industry.
4. Blogs improve the relationship with your audience.
Because you’re giving away free value, a blog post helps develop a relationship with a reader, something that’ll be important when you come to sell.
5. It helps build an email list.
A blog post is perhaps the best vehicle to grow your email list. And as popular opinion has it, an email list is still the optimal way to sell something.
What are the blogging benefits?
An article from Mark Ford, blogging coach
The power of blogging, let’s look at some of the benefits.
There are many reasons why blogging is an essential marketing strategy for any business, and not just a home business. Here are some of the big factors…
1. It will drive free search engine traffic through to your website.
2. Frequent updates get you noticed, both by fresh leads and by search engines.
3. But blogging is about more than that. Once you create several blog posts, you’ll start to transform the value of your website.
To that end, every blog post is like a brick in the wall. You’re building a house and each blog article has a part to play.
4. A good blog will do a variety of things, from sending people to videos to offering landing pages. It’s a versatile marketing technique.
5. Plus, a blog allows you to target a variety of different keywords. This will allow you to get ahead of the competition in a number of different areas.
6. And in what is quite an underrated blogging benefit, a blog post gives you the opportunity to expose the people behind your brand.
It’s vital that your audience knows, likes and trusts you, particularly if you’re giving away something that’s supposedly valuable. Your aim is to become the expert.
7. Blog content can be repurposed into a number of forms and mailed out to your subscriber list.
8. Others share your content and you earn backlinks, thus helping your rankings.
Ultimately, though, there is a key point about blogging that I must stress: a blog takes time to deliver results. It’s not a get-rich-quick scheme. It doesn’t happen overnight.
Blogging is about creating a new set of habits that will reap dividends in the long run.
So long as you plan your blogging strategy and action it consistently, it will pay off.
The power of blogging … you need a blogging system
That’s the next step.
Because you’re bound to have a lot of fears… and that’s natural.
Perhaps you’re a bit of a technophobe.
Maybe you’re worried that no one will want to hear what you’ve got to say.
Worst than that, will internet trolls leave nasty comments?
Is blogging going to take up too much of your time?
Or you’re unsure how to actually get your blog to pay out.
Whatever it is, the system will ease those fears over time.
You will encounter problems, but as well as solving any issues, you must focus on delivering content around your passions.
Ultimately, no one ever said it was going to be easy. Fruitful? Yes. Easy? No.
If you want the financial freedom and laptop lifestyle that blogging can bring, you’re going to have to put in the hard yards initially.
There’s a lot to learn.
When you’re first getting started with blogging, it’s easy to get overwhelmed.
When you blog, you’re faced with a bunch of different jobs:
responding to comments
And so on, and so on.
It might feel as though you won’t have the time to do all these things properly (particularly if you’ve got a family or you’re doing this alongside a full-time job).
So this blog article is designed to help you manage all this information, schedule your daily operation and plan your new habits.
The Power of Blogging Through Market Research
First of all, you’ve got to know who you are.
Why are you here? What are your goals? What do you offer? What are your passions?
After that, it’s time to look at your target audience.
What problems do they have?
What business solutions can you offer?
What product solutions do you have?
What marketing strategies will best help you communicate all of the above?
In an ideal world, you’ll be able to know all about your prospective audience. In no particular order, you will need to know:
Their marital status
How they work?
How they relax?
What’s important to them?
Why they need what you’re offering?
Where do they hangout online?
When you know the answers to the above, create a list of 100 keywords that would be relevant for your target audience.
Fill out a spreadsheet and order the keywords in terms of competition and monthly searches. Low competition to high competition.
Then search these terms yourself to see who is currently ranking in the top few spots. That will enable you to understand the sorts of topics that are currently working well for your audience. In addition, you can also try guest blogging on some of these high-ranking sites. That will immediately put you in front of your audience, plus it will land you a backlink to your site.
You can use the Google Keyword Planner or software, but from a learning perspective when I started out I preferred to do it manually. Follow this process:
Step 1: Open up Google
Step 2: Enter your keyword.
Note: Be sure to include “ speech marks” around it, so that you’re only pulling up results for that exact keyword phrase.
Step 3: Look at the number of search results returned. Look for a keyword that returns a lot of results, but not too many. Aim for 30-50,000 results. This represents the content that you are going up against with your article.
Step 4: Does Google Keyword Planner show there is actually monthly searches (traffic) running to that keyword phrase?
Step 5: Yes, add the keyword to your list and build a list of 100 words.
Blogging Tip! – As an additional way to source keywords, open up YouTube and enter one of your keywords.
Bring up a high-ranking video and watch it to get a feel for the content. Then right-click on the video and click on ‘view source code’.
Once that’s visible, you’ll be able to see all the keywords that the video owner used to tag the video asset in question.
Of course, you can enter all the keywords you find into your spreadsheet, but be sure to categorize them accordingly.
So, for any keywords that return less than 30,000 results, label these as low competition keywords.
For results that return between 30 and 100,000 results, label them as mid-range keywords.
For anything that returns over 100,000 results, label them as high-range keywords.
Okay, now you have just learnt the hard way but there is a simpler way with keyword research software and a whole suite of tools to help you with your search engine optimization and blogging. Click the banner below to learn more…
Option 2 and highly recommended – Coming Soon Digital Business Lounge
The next blogging job…
Right, we know have a list of keywords.
The next task is look at how many people are actually searching for these keywords.
We want to prioritise our low competition keywords and put the words that get the most searches at the top.
Step 1: Open up the Google Keyword Planner
Step 2: Enter your keyword
Step 3: Adjust the settings so that you’re only analysing English-speaking countries.
Step 4: Adjust the time setting according to the time frame you want to analyse.
Step 5: When you see the results, click on ‘Average monthly searches’ so that the results are ordered from highest to lowest searches.
Step 6: Change the ordering of your list once you have a wider picture of how many searches a keyword gets, how many websites have a piece of content on the keyword and what the level of competition is.
Setting up your keyword list should give you plenty of ideas on what to blog about. However, there are a lot of blog articles out there, so you need to stand out from the crowd. Your articles have to be entertaining, inspirational, educational, informative and engaging. Basically, you have to be better than everyone else.
Initially, I would recommend having a document where you can just dump all your ideas (the good ones and the bad).
I do this myself. I do some market research and find out the problems that my demographic is experiencing. Then I brainstorm some potential ideas.
If you hit the red button below I have created for you a free “what to blog about” giftsetting out various topics on what to blog about. That said, don’t forget to blog about you, your story and how you have dealt with challenges in your life and what brings you to build a business from home in 2018 and beyond!
You. It sounds simple, but many people outsource their content creation. That might be a good idea in the future, but in the beginning, you need to do it yourself.
If you are considering outsourcing any content, I’d recommend checking out TextBroker.
As an alternative option, you could leverage private label rights (PLR).
This is when you buy the rights to a particular piece of content, giving you the chance (and legal ability) to re-purpose something that already exists.
Of course, it may also be beneficial to allow someone to guest blog on your website. Or, you can source some popular blogs in your niche, contact the website owner and try to secure a regular spot on their site.
The great thing about guest blogging is that you’re essentially borrowing someone else’s audience. At the bottom of your guest posts, you can include a short piece of copy about who you are. And you can point them back to your website.
Helpfully, there are websites that have compiled listings of blogs that accept guest posts:
The title of the blog post has an H1 tag including your keyword.
The secondary title of the blog post has an H2 tag including your keyword. This should be appealing on the eye to the reader to stop them in their tracks, where they want to read the article/blog post. Scroll to the top of this blog post for an example and see the H2 title I have included with the keyword “The Power of Blogging”.
The sub-titles in the content itself have an H3 tag including your keyword.
The keyword you’re targeting should be in the first sentence.
In the first paragraph, put the keyword you’re targeting in bold and italics somewhere else in the copy.
A blog post is made more effective with images, but when you’re including images, put the keyword in the caption and in the alt tag.
I’d encourage you to link out to other authoritative websites through your keyword, since this is good for SEO.
This linkage should be to other relevant articles on your own website and to a third party highly ranked website. What does this mean Mark Ford?
Well, this particular blog post is about the power of blogging so I have linked through the power of blogging keyword to other blog articles that I have on this home business blog, and I have linked out to a top ten rated website on the power of blogging. Click through to see what I mean.
You may also wish to link out through the keyword to a top rated YouTube video that adds value to your post. Where the owner of the video has allowed you to embed the video into your content through embed code, you can do so.
Here is an example on the power of blogging from….
Awesomely Able: The Power of Blogging, Writing, and Social Media | Luvvie Ajayi | TEDxRoadTown
The Blog Structure Continued:
From time to time add value to your post with a video.
Always include a call-to-action (CTA) at the bottom of each post.
And finally, I’d always recommend signing off your blog post in a consistent way, with a brief bio about who you are. Make sure this bio includes all relevant links, such as social media profiles, sales pages and landing pages.
The Power of Blogging – Syndication checklist – Not exhaustive!!!
Of course, when you’ve finished writing your blog post, the hard work is just beginning.
That’s because you need to promote your post in a variety of ways in order to get the most mileage out of your efforts.
Here is a checklist of syndication jobs:
To begin with, head to bizsugar.com and submit the URL of your blog post.
You also need to submit your post to Google. Log into Google Webmaster Tools, enter the URL of your latest article and click on ‘fetch’. This tells Google that you’ve written a new piece for them to index.
Publish a link to your post on Google Plus.
Go to pingomatic.com and ping your post to all the directories out there.
Publish a link to your post on the usual social media sites, such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc.
Ensure that you’re making it easy for people to share your post by having share icons on your site.
Note: this is only a small sample of what you can do to syndicate (distribute) your content around the internet. It is in no way an exhaustive list and you will need to create your own syndication system and be consistent in following it.
In doing so you are not then purely relying on the search engines picking up your content and ranking it. You are also working to get more eyes on your content by doing this. If you are not doing this then you are limiting your audience. Period!
Blogging Q & A
1. What free marketing strategies can you recommend?
The answer has no ending. Free marketing strategies are only limited by your own level of creativity and willingness to think outside the box.
Here is one example…
When someone opts into your list from a landing page, you can do a search for them on Facebook and find their profile. Once you’ve found their profile, you can request to be a friend, contact them and start a conversation. Thank them for opting into your list and position yourself with them in a helpful way to answer any questions they may have.
Some people will ignore you, some will say no and some will say yes. The point is, you’re being proactive. You have to talk to your leads. They’re not going to come to you.
2. How long is a good blog post?
A good blog post used to be about 400-700 words. These days, Google is looking to rank valuable content with at least 1,000 to 1,500 words.
3. What strategy do I need if I have no subscribers?
It’s common to start with nothing. There are a number of techniques for discovering great post ideas. But ultimately, at the start, you need to work out who you are and what the value of your story is. Once you’re aware of that and you know who your audience is, you can understand what their problems are.
After that, it’s just a case of solving their problems, writing about it and then syndicating that content.
4. If I’ve got different areas to blog about, should I put them on different wbesites?
Yes, it’s a good idea to create mini sites for different products and different audiences.
Structure your content so that it’s relevant for your particular audience. If some of your content doesn’t fit with a certain demographic, then it’s not going to work.
5. What is blog syndication?
It’s the process of letting people know about your content, such as via social media for example.
6. What are the main questions you get when you speak to new leads?
It depends on the person’s level of experience. You could be talking to an experienced marketer who just has a handful of specific questions.
Alternatively, you could be speaking to a total beginner who wants to move out of the corporate world and get into blogging as a marketing strategy. This kind of person might not even have a question – they might not know what they want.
In that situation, you just ask them questions and start to learn about their problems.
When you’re more familiar with them, you can tell them about yourself and how you can help them.
How long does it take for blogging to pay off?
It completely depends on a number of variables. It can be a matter of weeks or months, depending on what your market is, which keywords you’re targeting and, of course, your ability to execute the system.
Blogging results will be different for everyone. And… it is very true that blogging works and also doesn’t work. That depends on whether you consistently work and follow a blogging system and not just do a part of it.
What are H1, H2 and H3 tags?
The H stands for heading. In your content management system (CMS) there will be an option to change a highlighted word or phrase into one of these styles.
And that’s what we’re talking about – a style format.
I wish you every success in running your home business from anywhere in the world and profiting from your blog marketing strategy.
Home Based Business Opportunity And The Great Spillover … Sharing An Article by Ralf Dooley – a home based business entrepreneur who finds the way business is done on the Internet – an interesting read!
Home Based Business Opportunity and The Great Spillover Debate… Spillover: Are you looking for it or creating it?
“There is no shortage of opinions when it comes to the idea of making money based on spillover. Does spillover happen? Absolutely. Is spillover the way to build fantastic wealth? Hardly!
The plain and simple truth of the matter is: Spillover happens when it does because SOMEBODY is promoting.
In a simple illustration of a 3x matrix, it looks like this: Level 1 can hold 3 sales, Level 2 can hold 9 sales, Level 3 can hold 27 sales, Level 4 can hold 81 sales. And so on….
This sort of plan can and often does lead to spillover whenever there is at least one person that is effectively promoting and referring others.
Let’s suppose you join a matrix plan and you are going to be a referring “machine”. You see the potential and you know that the only place success comes before work is in the dictionary. You’re ready to “rock enroll” and you know that you can help a lot of folks in the process because of the way the matrix plan is set up.
You get your three closest associates or friends or family members on the phone and you tell them what you are doing. They are excited and they join. You now have 3 people on your first level. Congratulations! You are off to a strong start.
Next, you contact some more close friends, associates, or family members and you plug them in on Level 2. It takes 9 people to fill Level 2. You now have a full first level and a full 2nd level. You are making even more money and everyone on your first level is seeing some growth because you created spillover for them by filling your 2nd level.
The Home Business Opportunity – Not! – Your next task is to fill Level 3
Home Business Opportunity – Wrong!
That will take 27 people. (3 x 9 = 27). Getting tougher to carry that load by yourself, isn’t it?
While you are working on filling Level 3, you start to get calls from people on Level 2. They want to know where the spillover is. Why aren’t you building their downline for them? What’s going on?
A couple of the people on Level 1 want to know why their downline is building so slowly.
Can’t you do something to speed things up?
They have to make money so they can make a car payment this week! What are you doing up there, anyway?!?!?
Let’s say you are really good at this stuff and you manage to fill your 3rd level with 27 new referrals. Congratulations! You’ve done well for yourself. You’ve created spillover for your first level people and your 2nd level people. But now the 3rd level people want to know where their spillover is and the people on levels 1 and 2 want to know why they aren’t making a few thousand dollars yet!
Ralf Dooley says… “I know the true builders recognize some of these comments and questions. They get this sort of nonsense every single day.
Here’s the thing that amazes me (and we’ve all seen this a LOT over the years): Someone will get up WAY too early in the morning, to drive WAY too far to a job they absolutely hate. They will spend ALL DAY at that job making FAR too little money. They will then drive home in traffic, complaining about their stupid job, their lame boss, their lousy pay, and how this just isn’t what they envisioned for their life. But when their upline sponsor asks them about spending a few minutes a day promoting their website to help with the team build, they instantly talk about how they don’t have time, can’t figure out how to log in, don’t know where or how to post an ad… “I’m not good with that stuff!”, etc…
And then they ask why their downline isn’t growing faster.
It’s a vicious cycle and I see it repeated again and again. I want to be clear: Matrix plans can help a large number of people because of their design. As sales begin building, the new sales are forced down into the lower levels of the organization and that is called spillover. It does happen and I am personally making money as a result. But rarely do these sorts of people really get into the big money.
Here is how the big money earners really do it: They build with a team. They seek out fellow builders and workers and they work together with an attitude and approach to CREATING spillover rather than receiving spillover. Suddenly, it’s no longer about one person being able to refer 30 or 40 people on their own. It becomes about a team pulling together to create a massive group-wide momentum that results in the income levels that we end up reading about with other people.
If you are the kind of person spending an hour in the morning to drive to an 8 hour job and then another hour getting home and still not making the kind of income you desire, consider dedicating yourself to spending just 30 minutes a day and finding others that will do the same to take your life back by building your business.
Do that and you will succeed. It may take time, but if you seriously want to make a change then you have to work at it. Don’t just jump into the next ‘must have home based business opportunity. Stay with a few that you like and work them hard.
Someone once told me… EVERY online opportunity works. And every online opportunity doesn’t work. It depends on the person involved and how they approach their business. I have to tell you: I agree 110%.”

Mark Ford’s comment. I am not personally a fan of matrix downline business systems that may be described as a home based business opportunity.
However, I thought this article that Ralf Dooley shared on my blog was an interesting read and he shares his own perspective.
I have allowed it to be published for the potential value it provides to my home business blog readers. I do not endorse Ralf Dooley’s home businesses in anyway and you must form your own judgement and opinions on what he shares with us.
Benefits Of A Home Based Business – Why The Beast From The East Did Not Affect Me And Tie Me Down!
In this article Mark Ford looks at the benefits of a home based business and specifically how when mother nature bares it’s teeth he, and many more home business owners, can carry on as normal.
Living a lifestyle you choose – writing today’s blog post from a sunny location rather than a home office.
Are you fed up with the cold but you cannot escape the winter in the UK, or the cold weather anywhere else, because you are tied to one location? Yes…
Well, that was me as well and as I write this I am sitting in front of a swimming pool under a parasol in a lovely sunny Caribbean location.
If you are fed up of being tied to one location and suffering the cold in the winter, then a home business lifestyle may just be for you. Okay, well yes that is interesting but what are the benefits of a home based business? Why should I be bothered?
Benefits of a home based business – there are many – one is to avoid the inclement weather!
Today I would like to talk about the benefits of a home based business, and how I was able to carry on with my daily routine of running my business whilst many others were forced to stay at home and potentially lose a lot of money due to inclement weather conditions in the UK.
Last week the United Kingdom was hit by a weather phenomenon called the “Beast From The East” which when first reported on the media instilled a sense of fear across the country. A stratospheric weather system originating in the Pacific and colliding with cold air from Siberia was fast approaching the United Kingdom, it seemed that we were all doomed! People stored up their cupboards and prepared for the worst.
Sometimes the warnings are overhyped so that the authorities can cover themselves and say that they warned us. Not on this occasion though. The Beast From The East hit land and for many days it paralysed many parts of the United Kingdom. Anything from 8 inches to 2 feet of snow fell over our beautiful green country and it was a “whiteout”.
Roads were blocked and communities cut off for a number of days waiting for the snow to stop and the gale force winds to calm down. The traffic infrastructure suffered and many train and bus services were not able to operate and as for the roads, well good luck if you were able to dig your car out of the snowdrifts!
Millions of Brits were forced to stay at home as they simply could not get to work and this had a huge impact on the individuals themselves along with the businesses that they work for. As for businesses, they couldn’t serve their customers which means a drop in revenue and for the employees it may result in a loss of wages depending on the terms of your contract of employment.
This could result in the loss of hundreds of pounds which could be a big problem at the end of the month when your salary is paid into your bank account. Your mortgage and bills still have to be paid.
Benefits Of A Home Based Business
Now as I am a home business owner the Beast From The East had no effect on me as my business is based on the internet. As the blizzards were sweeping past my window I was still able to operate as normal with my coaching role within an online business educational organization as well as running other aspects of my online business which create multiple income streams. This is one of the many benefits of a home based business. Weather, what weather!
My income has not been compromised and I have been able to serve my clients so that they still receive the value that I can offer. Over the next few days another weather system is heading for the United Kingdom called the “Pest From The West”, it is great how they come up with these names, and although it is not as severe as the previous storm it will still bring an element of disruption and many people may find themselves in the same position as they were last week, but not me and the millions of other home business owners. We will still be open for business.
Benefits of a home based business – it is internet based so it does not matter what the weather is doing outside and you can escape it anyway to warmer climates!
Work and play – avoiding the UK inclement weather
Benefits of a home based business – work from home on the internet – a recommended solution for you to consider!
So if you are one of the millions of people who suffer when the weather strikes you may want to consider the option of working from home. It doesn’t matter where you are in the world there will be challenges from mother nature so what I have in mind will be a perfect solution for you.

What Makes A Good Blog Post – 6 Elements To Incorporate Into Your Blog Writing
What Makes A Good Blog Post
Your Style Of Writing – The way you write your blog has a great influence on the person reading it and it will determine how long they stay on your site. My tip would be to write as though you are speaking to them personally. Think as if you were writing to a friend, make your post about them so that they can relate to you. I find this is more effective than just writing factual and as though you are writing a text book.
Headlines – Your headlines are what grab your readers attention and you only have a few seconds. Your headlines and sub-headlines can be keyword driven, in other words terms that people are searching for in the search engines. Or they can be hard hitting, impactful or in your face like “OMG”, “WARNING” or “STOP”, I am sure you get the idea. Also you should be using a combination of headlines through your post. Your H1 is the title to the post, the H2 is your sub-headline and H3 headlines are what you use in the body of the content.
Use Of Images – Always use images in your blog posts. There is a saying that an picture paints a thousand words. So when choosing your images you need to make them congruent with the topic that you are talking about. Also optimize your image for your keyword, you can do this by naming the image file by the keyword and incorporating the keyword in the “ALT” tag of your image.
The Point Of Your Post – Usually when people read blog posts it is because they have a certain problem and are looking for a solution. So try and get in your readers mind, what are they suffering from, their pain points, their desires, what are they self aware about? Target these points and then lead them into your solution.
Call To Action – This follows on from the previous point. Your post is leading them to take a specific action so you need a strong call to action in your post. These can be telling the person to “buy” your product, “subscribe” to your email list or “contact” you if they need any further help. People need to be told what to do so tell them.
Length Of Your Post – The ideal length of your post should be anything up to 1,500 words. In order to get ranked in the search engines Google favours valuable content of this length. However, a balance needs to be struck between lengthy blog posts and a realisation that people’s time is valuable. If people see thousands and thousands of words in a huge text block they are likely to click off your page. Also this coincides with the use of images, use them to break up the text so it is pleasing to the eye.
So there you have my 6 tips on how to construct your blog post. To help you further I can offer you a free blogging report I have put together. It covers everything from content creation, structuring your blog and how to monetise your blog posts.

Passion Into Profit – Can You Really Turn Your Passions Into A Lucrative Online Business?
In this article Mark Ford reveals how you can turn your passion into profit by creating multiple income streams within an online business.
We all have things in life that we are passionate about. They could be pastimes such as cricket or other sports, arts and crafts or you may be handy with your hands and can create wonderful things out of natural resources.
Also your passion maybe that you just like to help people and offer professional and constructive advice within your niche.
Whatever your interests are you can realistically turn that passion into profit by setting up a home business either online or offline and sharing your knowledge with your audience.
It is safe to say that if you have a passion for something then there are millions of people who are just like you and this will be your target audience.
The great thing about this is that, once you have built the relationship in terms of know, like and trust with people who share similar interests to you, then they will be more than willing to pay for related products and services.
Now you may think why would they want to pay for the information when there is already lots of free information on the internet. Well, here is the answer. We all lead very busy lives and we simply do not have the time to trawl through the search engines for hours on end looking for what we are trying to find. Hence they look for a quick fix and a solution to the problem they are experiencing so this is where you come in, packaging the information up for them through educational information products.
If you can package up products and services that will impact people’s lives in a positive manner then you will be onto a winner. What you need to do is research what people want, learn how to package it up and then find the hungry audience. So lets look at what kind of products and services you could offer.
Passion Into Profit – E-Books
This is arguably the easiest thing to create. What you need to do is create a free e-book based around your knowledge and passions, highlight a specific pain point or interest and create a short e-book of around 20 – 30 pages. You may be wondering how you can profit from something that is free but there is a specific strategy that you need to follow and it all starts with the free offer.
You can create your e-book by creating a simple Word document and then converting that into a PDF which people can download. Then you offer this e-book through a lead capture page where people enter their name and email to access the free report. By doing this you start to create a database of subscribers and you can then promote your other products and services to these people.
A follow up marketing strategy, using email promotions, maybe to create an in depth e-book that compliments the first free product and you charge a small fee for this. Your subscriber then turns into a customer who are the foundation for your home business.
You then offer other products and services at tiered price points which will we look at now. This is known as the sales funnel.
Passion Into Profit
Passion Into Profit – Audio & Video Courses
This is the next part of your upsell process. Audio and video courses are great because they are interactive and engaging. If you can create a modular course for people to follow step by step which teaches them a specific process, then a lot of your initial customers will take you up on that offer.
You can either offer these courses as a one time sale and give them access through download pages or your could create membership sites for people to access the purchases and charge a monthly fee which will create residual income streams for you.
Passion Into Profit – Workshops & Seminars
This is where the real profits for your business will be made. These services are designed to offer a life changing experience for your customers and therefore you can charge hundreds, if not thousands, for them.
These are live events and are usually held within conference centers or even exotic locations all around the world. Here you get a chance to really connect with your customers and build a lasting relationship with them.
Passion Into Profit – The Business Model
Here is a brief overview of how you can turn your passion into profit and the business model setup.

The Six Figure Mentors – Why Is The Six Figure Mentors Different From Other Programs?
In this article Mark Ford looks at the Six Figure Mentors and reveals just what sets them apart from other similar programs within the home business educational industry.
So the Six Figure Mentors have been established within the home business educational industry for a number of years now but they should not be compared to other companies and in this post I will share the reasons why.
For the co-founders of the Six Figure Mentors it is not a numbers game. Other programs will focus on how many members or students they have and the amount of people that they reach. The Six Figure Mentors concentrate more on the results that their members have and focus more on quality.
Now you may have researched other companies and noticed that the Six Figure Mentors are not the cheapest option around. Other programs try to offer the most amount of content for the least amount of money but the Six figure Mentors are totally the opposite.
Members of other programs may suffer from information overload and get overwhelmed which may lead onto procrastination because they don’t have any direction to follow. The Six Figure Mentors have built their program based on quality.
This starts with the coaches within the company. All are vastly experienced so there is no scenario of the blind leading the blind. All of the senior business coaches are multi six and seven figure earners with proven success. They are all on a mission to serve and want to create an impact on their students. This helps the students immensely because the coaches are doing it for the right reason and not just for the money.
The Six Figure Mentors
The coaching doesn’t com cheap but the Six Figure Mentors are always ready to invest to get the right people. They also offer live phone and chat support to help you when you are working through your modules and you can schedule regular calls with your designated coaches.
These coaches are all hand selected based on the results they have generated within their own business and on their ability to coach.
All support staff are in house so there is no third party interference and this can be said for the technical side of the business to make sure that everything runs smoothly. The Six Figure Mentors are more than happy to invest every dollar that comes in to build a business that has impact and not to just get rich themselves.
The company also encourages it’s students to build the kind of business they want and are not solely attached to one single business model like other programs do. So the main focus is to teach the skill sets needed to build any business in any niche but there is also the opportunity to leverage their business in a box package by promoting the Six Figure Mentors product line as an affiliate.
The overall business model of the Six Figure Mentors is to generate high quality results and this is what sets them apart from the other programs within this industry. Finally the Six Figure Mentors are proven and they have masses of documented success with their students and the businesses that they have built through leveraging the companies training and mentoring programs.
So if you would like to learn more about the company and myself as your referring affiliate please click on the image below now.
I hope that I have shown you what the differences are between the Six Figure Mentors and their competitors. If you like what you have seen then click on the image above to learn more about the company and how they can help you create a digital lifestyle.
Setting Up An Ecommerce Business – What Are The Different Options To Having Your Own Retail Outlet?
In this article Mark Ford looks at the many options for setting up an Ecommerce business along with sharing a resource where you can leverage a very powerful Ecommerce platform.
Many individuals and entrepreneurs are looking at the physical product business model when it comes to setting up an ecommerce business on the internet. Consumers buying habits have drastically changed over the last decade and they look to buying their consumables online.
It is more convenient as you can sit at home, log onto your favourite website, purchase a product with one click and have it delivered to your front door. As a home business entrepreneur, that is something that I find to be most convenient.
Time away from the home office is time away developing the home business and I value the convenience of clicking buttons online to order digital and physical products.
During the last month I have purchased many products from the ecommerce giant, Amazon, and as a Prime member the products are delivered the same day or by the latest the next day. That leaves me free to focus on my home business. Cool!
Setting up a Retail Business Online – The Options
So, what are the options if you are looking to set up a retail business online? You may have received emails which are promoting many ecommerce platforms where you can open an online store and these will involve a few different business models.
One popular ecommerce business model is called drop shipping and this is where you list and advertise products from third party websites. When someone pays you the retail price that you have decided upon, you then go and order the product from the third party website, which is a wholesaler, and they deliver the product to your customer. Your profit is the money you take in the middle.
So for many people this is a great option as there is very little financial outlay because in effect you receive the money for the product before you then go on and order it. There are literally millions of products that you can have dropshipped and it can be very lucrative if you do it right.
Setting Up An Ecommerce Business
The downside to this business model in my opinion is that you have very little control over the entire process. You have to rely on your supplier for quality control and the logistics of getting the product to your customer. Also a major downside to this business model is the delivery times. Sometimes these can be as long as 4-5 weeks because they are predominantly being shipped from China, so consumers may not be prepared to wait that long as they are used to instant gratification and expect things to arrive the next day.
Setting up an commerce business – Amazon FBA
So for setting up an ecommerce business I recommend that you look at Amazon FBA. The reason I say this is because you will leveraging Amazon’s entire infrastructure to help you build a real and sustainable ecommerce business.
Over the years Amazon have built their reputation on customer service. The old saying of the customer comes first has never been more relevant when it comes to Amazon.
With Amazon FBA you are the business owner and you use Amazon’s platforms to list your products to their customer base. You are required to source your products, get samples and then place the order with your chosen supplier. Then your inventory is sent to one of the many Amazon FBA warehouses around the world.
When they receive it they will store it for you and then they take over. They handle the payment processing, picking, packing and finally shipping your product to your customer.
Amazon have a Prime service where people who are Prime members will get their item the next day and with Amazon’s continued evolution their are looking to get same day delivery. As I said it is all about the customer.
Amazon FBA – ECommerce As A Home Business Option
When we seek options as to the businesses we can run from home, we often come from a place of needing to live a bigger life than the one we are tied into day in and day out.
We have held down a job for many years and when reach mid age, or even younger, we become disillusioned with the life and job we are involved with. Deep down we seek freedom of choice to live out each day as we wish and suffer daily the feelings of “another day at the office and the jobs we are fed up of”.
That was certainly the case for me. I would class myself, after a 29 year legal career, as a fed up lawyer who sought change. I started with affiliate marketing which has branched out to home business consultancy services and Amazon FBA has also been something that I have been involved with, promoting second hand books and selfie sticks.
Recommend Amazon FBA Educational Resource
My home business consultancy services have enabled me to partner up with the Digital Experts Academy, and at the Silver level one of the training programs is dedicated to Amazon FBA. The course has been put together by the team and two Amazon FBA experts and they have called it Import Xperts.

Import Xperts will teach you how to import products from China directly to Amazon FBA and how to then sell them on the Amazon platforms around the world. The creators of the course are highly successful Amazon FBA sellers so you will be learning the business model by people who practice what they preach.
The course is available through the Silver membership level of our academy called the Digital Experts Academy which is the parent company of the Six Figure Mentors. The Six Figure Mentors has step by step training on teaching the skill sets needed to become a successful internet marketer.

The bottom line for any business to survive is to sell the products and services they offer to as many people as possible. This keeps the cash flow fluid and allows the business to grow and evolve within the ever changing digital economy that we live in.
Unfortunately for many business owners this is a hurdle that they struggle to overcome and are constantly trying new things to discover how to sell products online. To help you I have come up with 3 digital marketing strategies to help you sell more of your products and services online along with some mindset factors to take into consideration when promoting your business.
How To Sell Products Online – 3 Tips To Help Get More Customers For Your Online Business
How To Sell Products Online
How To Sell Products Online – Paid Advertising
This may sound pretty obvious but you have to advertise your business so that people are aware of what you have to offer. There are many platforms that enable you to get your advertisement in front of the right people when they go online.
The first thing to think about is paid advertising platforms such as Google Adwords and Bing. This form of advertising is one of the fastest ways to get eyeballs onto your products and services.
With this form of advertising you have to be aware of the messaging you put out. If you adopt the hard sell tactics of “Buy My Stuff” it could put people off clicking on your ad. If you take the angle of explaining the benefits of your product and how it can help the person, it could lead to higher conversions as this is seen as persuasive marketing.
How To Sell Products Online – Social Media
With social media you can market your products and services in a few ways, both free and paid for solutions. Social media is great for helping you build your brand awareness as you can create profiles which really showcase what your business is all about, what your core values are and how you can help people by providing solutions to the problems that they have. It is a great relationship building tool because at the end of the day people buy from people who they know, like and trust.
So form a social media marketing management plan to provide value through your profiles which will attract individuals to your business effortlessly and on auto-pilot.
How To Sell Products Online – Lead Generation
Lead generation is a great way to sell your products online and sometimes overlooked by business owners who are just looking for the sale there and then. To acquire a lead you must offer them incredible value and you do this by offering something for free to acquire their name and email address.
You can offer a free e-book, video or audio course that helps them with a specific pain point they are suffering from and this is what you advertise and market online.
Now you may be wondering how you can make money from giving something away. Well the way you sell your products and services is in the messaging that you give through email follow up. Here you continue to offer value while promoting the products and services that you have to offer. You build the relationship up with the subscriber in a way that you show them how your products will benefit their lives.
Then they will buy from you after a relationship and following has been built.

Facebook For Marketing – 4 Reasons For Using Facebook To Advertise Your Business & The Products And Services You Offer
If you are not using Facebook for marketing your business then this article from Mark Ford will give you 4 reasons why you should start to use Facebook to attract leads and customers to your business.
In this article Mark Ford looks at the powerhouse of social media which is Facebook and shares 4 reasons why you should be using Facebook for marketing your online business.
Facebook has come along way since Mark Zuckerberg had the idea of setting up a platform where friends could connect and communicate with each other. Over the last decade especially it has become the major powerhouse when it comes to social media, and over the last few years businesses have released just how much they can leverage the platform to market their businesses.
There are many strategies that you can use Facebook for marketing your business, both free and paid, which when you know what you are doing can be very profitable and there are many courses that you can invest in to master the skill sets needed.
This post is designed more to explain the benefits and reasons to use Facebook for marketing your products and services and I want to share 4 of them to help you understand why Facebook is so powerful.
Facebook For Marketing – 4 Tips On Why To Leverage Facebook & Make It An Integral Part Of Your Marketing Plan
Facebook For Marketing
Facebook For Marketing – You Can Laser Target Your Audience
Within Facebook’s advertising platform you can tailor your ads to ensure that only people who are interested in your products and services will see your ads within their news feeds. This is a lot more cost effective because you won’t be trying to sell to everyone, only people who you have pre-qualified when you enter in certain criteria into the settings when building your ad will be targeted.
You can select your audience by their gender, where they live, and what their interests and behaviours are. This means that every click your ad receives is a red hot potential lead or customer.
Facebook For Marketing – You Control Your Purse Strings
Paid advertising can be very expensive on some platforms but Facebook allows you to control how much you want to spend on your advertising. This means you can compete on the same platform as the big boys even if you only have a small marketing budget.
You can cap your daily expenditure, so for example if you have $100 for an ad you can spread that over 10 days so your ad spend will only be $10 a day which is much more manageable day to day.
Facebook For Marketing – Define Your Objective
Within their platform you can define the objective of your ad campaign. Sometimes you will be looking to make a sale but there are other times when you want to gather leads for your subscriber list or if you have a really good post on your fan page you may want to increase the engagement of that post.
So whatever your objective is then Facebook will enable you to run your ad accordingly.
Facebook For Marketing – Get People Talking
Facebook has this great feature where people can tag their friends into the ad so that they get notified of your recommendation. Word of mouth advertising is the best form of marketing and this is the digital version of that concept.
Think about your own buying habits for a moment. How many times have you taken action on someones recommendation? This is your proof of concept and Facebook can make it happen for your business.
